Mumbai Coworking is looking for a Coworking Champion!

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Position Summary

Coworking Champion will be the go-to person for everything at Mumbai Coworking. He/She will be in-charge of generating leads for the business. This position will require you to come up with unique marketing techniques to generate business. He/She will focus on sales, and sell the coworking space to potential clients. This includes showing potential clients the coworking space and welcome them into a friendly atmosphere. This is a full-time job that would require complete focus towards 100% occupancy and member satisfaction.

What You Do

1. Driving revenue growth and conducting day-to-day activities.
2. Create marketing strategies and implement them to promote the business. Welcome potential new members when they drop by; provide tours and promote and sell all our facilities:

  • Night Coworking
  • Virtual Office
  • Cabins
  • Fixed Seats
  • Floating Seats
  • Meeting Rooms
  • Private Terrace Lounge
  • Coworking Partner Program

3. Answering incoming calls
4. Answering online queries from prospects
5. Coordinate with the Admin to ensure supplies like coffee are always available.
6. Maintains the business environment technology by coordinating with the Admin, including

  • Monitoring Internet service and calling for service if needed
  • Maintains memberships in the members database
  • Oversees scheduling of conference rooms

7. Coordinate with Accounts team to

  • Collect monthly dues from coworking members on time using any means
  • Maintain smooth functioning of accounts and finance

8. Available to be “on-call” as the primary contact for the business 24/7
9. Other duties or administrative support as requested
10. Takes necessary steps to ensure 100% occupancy rate at all times
11. Create agreements for new members based on their membership plans
12. Managing smooth on-boarding of members
